  • Please note that items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • To initiate an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with tags intact and in good condition.
  • The original invoice is required for exchange within 7 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging.

Refunds

  • We offer 100% cash refunds within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Important Notes

  • Items purchased from the online store cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
